Enter the information from the SFSP production worksheet to SFSP production record. CMS Meals/Revenue Tab The Meals/Revenue tab pertains to the number of children served through the POS line in the cafeteria. Using the Summer Daily Meal Count form Section 2 (Total first meals) Enter the number of reimbursable meals served to the children at the SFSP site only under the Meals Served ALL area. CMS Daily Comments/Menu Tab The Daily Comments are used to enter anything that applies to the days production. Transfer the comments written on the production worksheet to the CMS production record.
