To inform district stakeholders of current programs, successes, and issues in the district. To determine priority course and program offerings and identify necessary resources. To identify educational and facility needs. To identify current and additional resources and revenues. To identify priorities to guide Board decisions for responding to future challenges. Don Fritz, The FGR Group, 2017 4 Board Expectations To involve our community and keep them informed in the school system at all levels. To inform the community of the current program/course offerings at all levels. To inform the community about school demographics, facilities & finances. To have the community identify program/course priorities. Board develops Strategic Plan with short/medium/long term priorities/outcomes.

Don Fritz, The FGR Group, 2017 5 Critical Questions of the Process? What do students need in their educational experiences to be successful now and in the future? What are the current course offerings and programs PK-12? How do local, state, and federal mandates affect the course offerings and services provided by the district?
