Criteria (continued) Semi-skilled and Low-skilled Occupations (NOC C and D) Considered on a case-by-case basis Permanent, full-time job offer from established NS employer Age 21 to 55 Canadian high school equivalency of 12 years -English or French language ability to a CLB Level 4 (mandartory language testing) Skilled Worker Stream Criteria (continued) Related work experience of 12 months or 1,560 hours within the last 5 years, 6 months of which must be with the NS employer supporting the application
