Welcom e OUR MISSION We exist to help young girls not only grow as athletes, but as young women. Our goal is to help each athlete figure out her goals and do everything we can to help her meet them. We will focus on helping each athlete get stronger, faster, and be prepared to enter college as a college athlete if she desires.
Our Club/Team Values I will work to build a culture of honor among us. (Honor demands that I value the role of everyone on our team and that I remain loyal to each one through my attitudes and my actions.) (I Samuel 2:30; Rom. 12:10-12; Mt. 10:40-42) I willingly accept the position of role-player. (I will be unafraid to take the lowest place or the highest place in order to accomplish our goals.) (II Cor.10:12-13; Lk.16:10-12) I will overcome offense quickly. (I accept the realities of insult, criticism, and neglect. I refuse to allow resentment and bitterness to poison my environment.) (Hebrews 12:15)
I will never stop growing.* (I commit to excellence in every area of my life.) (II Cor. 13:5) I will be tough. (I refuse to allow weakness and whining to keep us from succeeding.) (James 1:2-4; Pro. 27:6) I will be whole-hearted. (I refuse to be distracted by lesser missions than our mission or lesser goals than our goals.) (Jeremiah 20:9) I will anticipate great rewards. (I welcome the promise of reward as a motivator toward a great future.) (I Cor. 9:24)
I will commit to thrive under authority. (I cannot walk in power if I am not under power.) (Romans 13:1,2; Hebrew 13:17) I will finish. (I will carry the burden of victory for us alone if necessary.) (Luke 14:28-30) COACHES
