Grading Issues 15% EIA (Legal) Texas Education Code (TEC) 28.0216 The District shall adopt a policy that requires a students performance on an end-of-course (EOC) assessment instrument for an Algebra I, Algebra II, geometry, biology, chemistry, physics, English I, English II, English III, world geography, world history, and United States history course in which the student is enrolled to account for 15
