preparation and next steps 7 Progression on NHRDS to 2025 implementation preparation Distributed the strategy to central and provincial level and line organizations during the National Education Ref orm meeting in 10 June 2016; Completed the 5th National HRD Commission annual meeting in 27 December 2016; Collecting Human Resource Development plan from sectors (currently, there are 8 organizations out of 30 su bmitted their HRD Plan); Completed the establishment of the National HRD Commission (Renew) and the establishment of HRD Com mittee at central and provincial level.
